roasted cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet

It can be hard to come up with ways to preserve a bounty of garden tomatoes. My neighbor was drowning in a sea of sun ripened cherry tomatoes. And she was sick of tomato salad. I threw my hands up at the opportunity to come pick her tomatoes. I quickly went to work figuring out ways to use all the bounty of tomatoes.

I considered it a challenge and a welcome one at that, to preserve all the delicious tomatoes! I tried some new methods this year. And I wanted to share the results with you. So I’ve compiled a free eBook that you can just download. Just make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and say hi in the comments. I’d love to know what you are cooking up this year!

  1. I love this sundried tomato recipe! The sundried tomatos in the grocery store are expensive and often have sulfur dioxide in them to preserve thier color. This chemical gives my husband a migraine! so I never buy them. I’ll just have to try this recipe!
