Ok, now my mouth is watering… Because I love you, here is the recipe.

Molten Chocolate Cake

Serving Size:
4
Time:
30 mins
Difficulty:
easy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp white all purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt butter and add chocolate, (I just melted them both together. But be careful not to burn the chocolate!)
  3. Crack 2 eggs into bowl and whisk add 2 egg yolks (just yolks)
  4. Mix in 1/4 cup sugar, until thick, about 1 minute.
  5. Mix in 2 teaspoons of flour
  6. More butter and flour for putting in molds or ramekins. Don’t miss any spots, or the cake with stick.
  7. Put ramekins on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the cakes have puffed and the tops still jiggle slightly when shaken.
  8. Let sit for 1 minute. Then carefully, not to burn your self, place plate on top of ramekin and flip over. Serve immediately. Yummy with ice cream! Enjoy!
